At Jean Hamer Prime Properties we are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service that is professional, courteous and responsive to achieve the successful sale of your property. To fulfill this commitment, we will do our utmost to ensure that the sales process is a pleasant experience for you.
To support this aim and in consideration of the trust you have placed in us we guarantee to perform the following activities:
- Provide a marketing plan for your property to include, as appropriate, recommended promotion and other activities along with a "schedule of events' outlining those marketing steps mutually agreed upon.
- Furnish you with a written Comparative Market Analysis to help you determine the most effective listing price for your property. This analysis may be updated to reflect changing market conditions.
- Our distinctive Jean Hamer Prime Properties signboard will be installed on your property, (subject to Body Corporate agreement if applicable).
- We will contact all of our existing buyers who are looking to purchase within your property's price range and location.
- Top quality photographs will be taken for promotional purpose and an A3 colour display placed in our window. Your property will also feature on our interactive display.
- Have your property placed on our internet website as well as the two largest real estate websites in Australia - www.realestate.com.au and www.domain.com.au . It will also feature on www.fnmooloolaba.com.au
- We will arrange a group inspection by our Sales staff to ensure total agency support.
- Regular progress reports will be provided throughout the marketing period including comments received about your property.
- Show your property to all qualified buyers.
- We will liaise with other local real estate agents and invite them to join us in selling your property.
- Submit to you all offers and present and handle all negotiations.
- We will phone you after each open inspection and after any other inspections within 24 hours.
Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas, we invite you to register your complaints in writing to us. If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified within 14 days after receipt of your letter, you have the option to cancel our agency agreement.
